Road Hog Mad
Hi, I just a little help understanding a microswitch. It has, C, NO, NC wrote on the microswitch and this description came with it "just take the coin signal wire from your appliance and connect to the NO (Normally Open) microswitch terminal on the back of the mech. Connect the ground wire to the CO (Common Ground) terminal on the microswitch and that's it!" Forgive me for being dumb, but am I write to say that 'NO' goes to the I-PAC for example '1UP' and the 'CO' goes to 'GND' on the I-PAC? Thanks
MPU_FIVE
Hi @Road Hog Mad... I think you are correct. I haven't got a coin mech, but the buttons on my MFME Keyboard which use microswitches are wired like this diagram which i put in my thread about building my MFME Keyboard... CO = GND NO = IPAC Image attatched for reference... i drew a small pic of the microswitch at bottom of diagram as a key. Hope it helps All the best, Gary.
