I thought the £35 open the box had been done.... is it not in the Barcrest Legacy?

Pulsation - whilst not emulated - AFAIK is a direct clone of Legal Tender (it certainly looks like it)

The £70 Pacman was pretty much a clone of the £70 Starwars and Rainbow Riches --- the ones which could be trapped from the bonus with 6 exchange lights (something like that anyway - not one of my exploits)

Pacman power up will shut it down before you get anywhere near on the bonus gamble. Shocking game

I broke mine just by knocking wins back. Didn't keep it very long. Mine was definitely MPU6 and I doubt there was an MPU5 version released.

Not bad sounds and whatnot from what I remember but not a nice game on £70. Might have been decent on £5 but not sure I ever saw one running on that.

Currently owned digitals : T7 Encore, T7 Original, Astra iPub and Storm Street Casino.

MFME cabinets : Genesis cab DIY by No1Stoney, Interplay conversion and Vegas Strip conversion (both are works in progress!)

I never bothered... too many peeps trying to make a fiver off them on a 25p force for my liking - far too well known. Maybe there were different programs though.... cos peeps kept doing the one in my local big seaside arcade ( for the above mentioned fiver!)

I bought one as it played differently to the others. Never did work it out. I fully expect there's something great on it though.

Ah, that's weird. Machines were almost always released with £5 options. Not sure why they didn't do one for it, but then again it wasn't a good game anyway.

Wtf has happened to the glasses on that UYR?!

It runs on Stealth Tech, though, which isn't emulated.

Normally happens when stored in a conservatory or similar with direct sunlight on it for long periods of time.

Also happens to most of the later Barcrest Horizon cabinet releases due to some amazing self-destructing artwork technique they came up with.

Hi all, not sure if this is the right thread etc., but does anyone happen to know if an old BFM AWP called Superpots (or its later update Hyperpots) from circa 1985 or 1986-ish have ever been emulated please? System 85 I think (possibly System 83).

They had a "sudden impact", randomly given BIG MONEY feature which either gave £3JP or £1 cash out of nowhere, which could then repeat quite a few times. The usual feature involved a number trail and various nudge pots etc., it's been a very long time though lol.

These were good, hard-edged AWPs to play, especially in their original £3JP guise.

Any info appreciated. :)

Awesome flyer, cheers Ploggy! :)

I guess it's possible one of these could turn up one day... It was a very entertaining machine for its day, and like you say, the Big Money feature was a massive big deal which could repeat on and on and pay out massively (and a great rarity, which added to its appeal, a bit like 5-5-5 on Razzle Dazzle/Strike-A-Light etc.)

Yeah, Jokers Wild was another one - and its grown up clubber variant which was Queen of Clubs. I remember the latter well; it had various "player advantage" pre-spin bonuses like "double next win" (up to JP), and like all great clubbers, it had a proper shit-or-bust gamble all the way to the JP, from any reel win. £50 double/nothing in 1985, anyone...? (Ouch... I was earning £35/week in 1985!)
