The difficulties with older techs is you can't just load them in and see if the alpha shows the name if you are lucky you can spot a string when loaded into a hex editor.
Lite a nudge, add a nudge are probably clone and the only real difference would be the artwork.
Silver shuffle could be the 10p version etc it's a real minefield.

You need to drop the roms into the roms folder they need to be named exactly as mame expects chuck the attached into the roms folder and restart mame it should scan then load
Edit to add thats an old version of mame its unlikey to run

Not without some form of emulator to run windows programmes once got it running on a raspberry pi years ago
under wine
