   Happy Joker, a Dutch Barcrest (MPU4) machine from 1995, made by @patjepsv and @Laylow.
   Unfortunately the machine gives a payout error, but if you play it with the S Door open and tick the test button, it gives you 200 credits and will play and payout fine.
