Thanks for the help guys, found it. I also recall seeing this machine in many arcades. Which emulator should i be running these games on?

Was cop the lot ever emulated? I'm almost certain i played it before but can't seem to find a download for it anywhere.

Great watch, Loved this game, think it was one off my 1st platinum's i got back in the day, then got it again on the PS4 remastered version. Loved that if you couldn't be bothered racing you could go smash gates or billboards and all the other daftness to get the trophies. If i recall correctly some cars are far better for stunt run. Think i'll give it another go after watching this
