Just to let you know my anti virus program malwarebytes picks up the EXE has having a machine learning anaomous 100% virus i am guessing this is a false positive soi have added the emulator to the exceptions and the program will then run

Hit the 6 i dont know if this helps any but the Reel Gambler {the real one} even if the reel jammed as long as you knew how many nudges it was to the symbol you needed it would still pay the win even though the reel was not moving there was a sound like a small relay pinging on ever nudge even thought the reel did not move

I am shocked to see many of the black box machines not emulated i would love to see from the lot above Upstairs N Downstairs and Reel Gambler essentially the same machine but the former was on £1 Token JP 5p play and the latter on £2 Token play with 10p a go we had the Reel Gambler in the little arcade and prize bingo down the road from the bingo i worked in and it could go mental at times i have emptyed it of its 10ps a few times.

Another reason is that some of the games might those that have been banned in V20.x these will work in v19

If you know the name of the game the roms come from you can also look through the download section here to see if the machine has already been made into a layout which is what the .gam file is, if so download this file and then the machine will play in FMFE, however if you have downloaded these roms with the intention of being a layout creator then follow the instructions as given by Andy-1

I have also done a how to video on my you tube channel it is for version 1.0 but it will work with 1.1 just now you get more games.

Its a false positive and has been discussed in the thread all you need to do is go into your AV program and add the .exe file to your exception list and it will work i have done it in malwarebytes which is the AV i use but all AV programs have this option just for those times when this kind of thing happens. i am sure hong kong phooey and his team have not added any nasties in the new version so its safe to do this.

Torrent is simple to use download a torrent program I use and recommend QBTorrent once installed download the torrent link from here double click on it and the file will go into your torrent program and download, then just use the zip file like any other. if you can also leave the torrent in your torrent program and run it in the background you can then share it (seed is the torrent name) with others that come along after you. it also helps out spa with his bandwidth as well.

I got the warning from malwarebytes i have the paid version i just installed it because i forgot the password to be able to add the exe to the exception area i then added it there and i can now run the program

You need to go to the firewall and add the emulator exe file in your exceptions or add the program manually and then make sure its allowing all inbound and outbound connections

I would suggest using QbTorrent over u torrent

Have you also given running the emu as administrator.

having followed Harry in his various guises since his web hovel days i can well believe he would in fact its just the sort of thing i would expect him to do

I would think this info gets stored in the bpk file rather than a ram file so if this is the case i would assume that the rellivent bpk could be uploaded and then put in your bpk folder and the emu would read in the pot data when it loads this bpk. However i am not sure about this so I would wait until Hong Kong Phooey (you could have picked a shorter name Phooey) to confirm this

When you have done the scan are you then clicking install all on the window that appears after the scan if you dont then it wont work.

As you can see from my how to video mines installed on drive k and it works fine from there so i dont think the drive matters. You have installed the 2 distribution files?

The links to the Bpak files are all on the 1st page of this thread. remember you can only use games that have been added to the game by Hong Kong Phooey its not like MFME where you can just download a layout and it will work. so theres no point downloading ones that the emu does not support.
