Just follow these steps to whitelist the mfme file, Here is the link,

I used to have the same problems with norton security couple years ago Then they did a new update and the problem just went away.

If you click on the downloads button at the top the page Then click on mfme download button it should tell you when you can download next time,  I use This to find out when I have run out of layouts to download.

There is a download limit on how many layouts you can download per month  so if you want more you will have to donate to the site.

you will need get mfme 5.1 to covert the old layouts to run in the latest version of mfme.

You should be able to download the emulator now you have 4 rep points

What version of windows do you have because if you have windows 7 then mfme 20.1 will not work on it. you will need windows 10 or 11 to run it.

You are not the only person having the same problem with this layout.

I have tried running the layout in mfme 20.1 & mfme 6.1.  It just comes up the same when you get 3 numbers in a row,

What internet security program are you using

Have you tried running the update file with Administrator privileges.  sometime they say that might work.
