  1. As Slasher says but you might need to go into Design > Edit Mode to be able to tick the 'trusted' options. Also when it says read meters just Cancel.
  2. Ah yes it's only the triple bars and jokers that are 8 way wins. The lower wins are on a line only.
  3. Regarding little devil it would be impossible to nudge in 3 devils if they counted as wild unless you could nudge more than one reel at once. You would have to have multiple wins to obtain JP rather than 3 devils.
  4. Hellraiser I wasn't playing that much in the £25 days but there was a pub that had Hellraiser and Hot Stuff literally next to each other - had some good times on those
  5. Yeah a miserable day here in the midlands. Started off with a walk and got drenched as I was coming back. Did some cleaning ... boring !! I know. Went out in the car and did a bit of shopping. Just eaten a chilli - soon be time for the weekly zoom call with mates that's been going on since April - along with plenty of booze of course Also have a cat - when I am on the settee he jumps straight on me and would sit there all day but as I will be in the other room the smart money says he'll jump on the seat behind me.
  6. As I understand it Scorpion 6 is not emulated because the encryption has not been 'cracked'. If it were would it run on the latest MFME or would that need changes too (or in fact does that do the 'crack' itself so would deffo need changing) ?
  7. Regarding the initial issue of the Donate option in the help screen: I had a quick look with a hex editor and the link is not obviously there in plain consecutive text - the theory being a mod to this would stop the link pointing to where it does. Think you would need a debugger on it (I don't have a current one on this PC) to trace and alter the code to stop the donate link working. As for any major changes you would need the source code I would think.
  8. I only joined this site recently so sadly did not have the opportunity to converse with wizard but i can tell there is a lot of love shared from the comments above. RIP and thank you for the fantastic emulator work.
  9. This was normal around my way - most if not all pubs would allow you to buy drinks with the tokens - but you got no change. e.g. if a pint was £1.30 and each token is worth 20p you would have to hand over £1.40 worth.
  10. Yes I saw there were other methods but I meant when you went to a machine and this was the only method left. Back in the 90s the landlords were often serving nearly all day (not like these days) so the risk of getting caught 'plugging' was surely high. Mind you at least those machines booted quickly - these days they take minutes to boot and the digitals even longer. I did like the lost boys (cloud 999) empty though because you could do one plug, make some profit and then (if too many people around to repeat the process) come back later and repeat, etc
  11. How you used to get away with this in pubs I don't know. To turn it off once maybe but to have to keep doing it. OK some pubs the machine might be out in a corridor or something but generally you'd never be able to to this. I didn't realise it worked for so many manufacturers though - ACE were known for it. There used to be this green monopoly in my local and it got so much play on a Saturday afternoon it was guaranteed to streak at some point - I went in for it something like 5 weeks in a row, hung around sharking, and got it 3 times . Then it went
