  1. https://www.extrememusic.com/albums/1231?item=23474&ver=46871&sharedTrack=dHJ1ZQ== Here's the other sample from Double Impact too. (On the emulator, the nudge column.)
  2. I'm assuming it's the music on the Bonus or the top feature? It was also featured on Double Impact. I have managed to ID this tune! It's off Extreme Music's "Hardcore" album. https://www.extrememusic.com/albums/1231?matchingTracks=WzIzNDYxLDIzNDYyLDI1MTMzLDIzNDYzLDIzNDY0LDIzNDY1LDIzNDY2LDIzNDY3LDIzNDY4LDIzNDcwLDIzNDY5LDIzNDcxLDIzNDcyLDIzNDczLDIzNDc0LDIzNDc1XQ%3D%3D Track 2: INT. Anthem I will add this to my fruit machine music spreadsheet.
  3. HOLD ODD SYMBOL.... ...VERY SNEAKY INDEED. And can't forget the skill 7 hidden feature. "CLEVER CLOGS."
  4. Sorry missed this post - BGT did a machine with the same name in that horrendous 'piano keys' cabinet. I played it once in 2005 and it had a tenner for the board. Only ever saw the one unit. Super Suits was more common.
  5. Japanese this. My favourite Crimbo themed one being called: "Hello Santa - Machinegun" I shit you not.
  6. Not paid any attention to it really, it's fairly obvious how the machine works so I don't really know why they have that message built in to any game. Incidentally you say you've found ROMs. Were you planning to make a classic? Just to let you know one has been made already. Game is absolutely dire to play.
  7. You say "Sound ROMs missing" which insinuates program ROMs are available? I'm being daft/blind/both but could you link me to them? Ive had this machine on my to-do list for years and given it a fair bit of play over time. I don't mind giving it a go even if mute for now.
  8. Completely skint and happy? I don't know. I always wanted a bit in backup or reserved for drinks. I suppose losing the gambling pot and happy is more apt. I used to visit a pub in Wales near a relative's house. They had a Cops n Robbers on 10p 5 quid, so I'd just walk to the separate bar area where it was, row money in, and chat to the barman for a good hour or two on a quiet day. Needed some in reserve to keep my drinks flowing of course! In Japan now I would say 95% of the time I lose all my pot I'm happy and well entertained. The other 5% would be due to all the machines being played or a seriously boring session, which is very rare. Any time I met up with good friends for a pub crawl was another example. I would just play whatever without a care in the world; the machines were an addition to the day and/or night and whatever happened happened. My main regret was self-assessing myself as too drunk to play a couple things and running with an early Collect tbh. Some of the machines we had in clubs round my way in university.... I left a fortune sitting there...! I'd say up til now my most recent "skint and unhappy" session would be back in 2018. I lost on everything in fairly cold blood, went to my local standing bar and ordered a beer. Upon taking the first sip a f**king horsefly came in, landed on my arm, and bit me for NO reason at all. I then spilled my beer.
  9. That Whats Up Doc? clubber was done several times over, so it will be in the older cabinet no doubt. Slightly different to the machine you posted though so I wonder if there was an exact clone..... There was also another clone but not hospital themed, called Wacky Weekend. This is on MPU4 and can be played now.
  10. Only just seen this thread but thought it was common knowledge. We used this back in school years ago, this is 2006 I believe. No surprise that Red used it. The pitch was all the same and some of the riffs were just like it. Bellfruit actually did one or two with it too. Tubular Bells definitely.
  11. Many thanks for this. MDM again did this machine justice with their sound package. Not the most volatile game but you're in for an eventful time at least. I remember playing this in Nessa's arcade before and never did great off it, wish I had taken it on a bit more.
  12. Looking good. Not seen any of these before, these WIPs of yours really are an education. However, I will say Round the Twist looks a lot like a Spin n' Tonic clone, so may well be possible to get some ideas from that.
  13. That pool money machine you're on about, IIRC it was made by Konami and had that cue ball prop there. The other one was made by the people that did that Pharaoh's Gold machine and was called Trick Shot. (was it by Nova Games or something?) Either way, the Novas seemed to go faulty and were removed, but they were fairly prolific. It was more than the parts were hard to access if something simple like the gun broke it would take ages to get it apart. Oh and we might as well not forget Silent Scope Fortune Hunter. That's somehow more famous and there are a few variants. Probably popular as it would be easy to peddle the "You missed" screen when the target is so far away.

大変お待たせ致しました。 Maygay - Bank Raid - 25p, 25 quid JP. Classic by PekoJPF and Matty An Extreme with a Maygay logo on it....! Feel free to use this design as as template for Note Runner. With Thanks to.... Matty - Disc reel support, cashpot symbols, playtesting Infection - Images and guidance. Came in handy when making out the disc reel text. Loo - ROM supplying legend. (How I Met Your Sound ROM) Special Thanks to... The late, great Wizard (RIP) - Without you this wouldn't have been possible. Not just for the software, but for the friends made along 16 years, without whom this layout would not exist. Have fun with this one, IMO not one of their best efforts, but there are a few surprises along the way. -Peko
