  1. This is the cheapest one I could find with 256g (50,000) games. Its free postage to where I live (Thailand), but I am not sure what it would cost to the UK? https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001706649424.html
  2. Hi Guys. Just wondering if anyone has tried one of these?> Super Console X Pro S905X HD. Super Console X Pro S905X HD - YouTube I just found one on ali express for 105 USD with 50,000 games + playstation style controllers, and am just waiting to see if they can accept Paypal for one. Here are the game lists if anyone is interested: 64GB With 33336 Games(no repeat): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Yfvm_Eb6LiNVnY3r-Rd2S8ytyYQlK2Lw/view?usp=sharing 128 With 41485 Games(no rerpeat): https://drive.google.com/file/d/1FHihjc80xyC6nSjmWgkGIalfts0LTutg/view?usp=sharing 56G With 50000 Games: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1B3O3lUFaYYf9OXeLImdWRmHfYr7tNLoO/view?usp=sharing
  3. Press the windows key, click on Settings in the left column , then on System. On the right click on Sound....Make sure the output device matches your speaker set up in the drop down menu. If your running two monitors, click on advanced sound options, and check the output settings.
  4. Should be straight forward enough with one of them. I have the 110v version of the one your using. Hopefully you have the 220v version (mine cant handle more than 150 coins as it is underpowered).
  5. When you run a layout in a cab, all you have to do is hit the start button (Space/Enter) to close the pop ups.
  6. Hi Guys. Last July I bought a cheap Chinese mouse pen for under a fiver. To be honest, I wasn't expecting much in the way of usability and reliability ect. Anyway, to my suprise, this has been utterly brilliant for use with my MFME cabinet, and I would highly recommend anyone with a cabinet to get one if you can find one for a similar price in the UK, or online. The reason this works so well, is that it is not Bluetooth, or wired, (it works on 2.4g) and you can use it on your knee to change settings, and peek at reels with no external connectors on your cabinet. There is no lag, and works perfectly from a distance through walls, so is well suited for an enclosed cabinet (It uses a tiny USB dongle). The reason I am posting this now, is that the triple A battery I put in when I got it, has finally needed replacing (It has an auto off if you forget to switch it off). For reference only: This is the one I bought bodystoreเม้าส์ปากกาไร้สาย อุปกรณ์เสริมคอมพิวเตอร์ | Shopee Thailand Hopefully you can find one cheaper or around the same price available in/to the UK. If so...get one!
  7. Was this a clubber? Was this British? (costs like 10 points extra) - Sounds like a foreign machine. Also the cross rolls look like a Rotamint game. Any particular year? We probably need more details to nail something like this.
  8. Hi Guys. Seeing as my mini cab is still going strong after well over half a million plays, and I am still progressing with it, I thought I would do a quick update as I have recently done a few upgrades. My main upgrade was a massive TV stand with a 100kg load limit, and adjustable height: Cost 2550 Baht (60 Quid). I then added my Cheapo (6,999 Baht 166 Quid) 43" TCL 4k smart TV, only to find out that the upscaling is none existent. So unlike my 55" Samsung, it is only as good as the layouts permit. Next I added a 12v tower lights from China, and sprayed it chrome: Cost 230Baht (a little over a Fiver). Eventually I will add another Pacdrive/relays to illuminate it via specific bulbs in MFME, as my other Pacdrive is maxed already with my buttons. My next step is to build an adjustable shelf for the buttons, which clamp on to the twin spine of the TV stand, and add 2 coin mechs where the speakers are. Eventually this will split off in to a new cabinet so I will have 2 MFME cabs. Hopefully this will give some of you some ideas and inspire you to be creative:)
  9. Happy Birthday Wizard wherever you are. A part of you will always live on my computer:)
  10. As far as I know you can download Win10 from Microsoft and STILL use your windows 7 key on it. In fact here is a 2 week old article about it. Windows 7 is dead, but you can still upgrade to Windows 10 for free – here’s how to get it | TechRadar
  11. The first thing to know, is that an Ipac has 32 inputs for switches, and a PacDrive has 16 outputs for driving LEDs (2 needed for hoppers). So you can have as many as you want. Personally I use 14 front facing buttons that light up. I would prefer 16, but that would require another PacDrive for the extra LEDs. I have added extra buttons on the back and side of my button box for things like Volume, F3, F6 and Esc (all unlit). The good thing about MFME is that you can use the same button for multiple tasks, especially when it come to some of the DOND games with a stupid amount of buttons.
  12. Usually in the release thread, in a read me file in the folder, or in an info box when it boots. Or you could go in to Edit mode, and look at what the shortcuts are (Properties of each button), and add your own. There are 2 keyboard choices for each button.
  13. I am glad this topic of cabinets has come up:) I would love to see a list of cabinets and dimensions. Helpful for cabinet builders, and layout designers too!
  14. Triac - as in a power switch, refers to layouts that have tube payouts. Anything else (newer tech) has a hopper configuration.
  15. Looking at your screenshot, you have no multiplier set for hopper 1. Needs to be set to "1".
  16. It's in the Legacy section (old stuff)
  17. I think most people play MFME without a cab. Those that do usually post their progress in the cabinet thread. I currently use a 41" HD screen in portrait mode, and resize all the layouts to fit in the top 3/4. I will be swopping the screen for a cheap 43" 4K screen when I move as a lot of layouts are 4K and you miss the vibrancy in HD. This is my current screen set up.
  18. Interesting concept. It reminds me of an old Sanyo record player I had back in the 70's (black plastic suitcase). 1750 Euros with no hoppers or coin slots is a bit of a party pooper though. A cheap dual hopper MFME cab is possible for 10% of that if you already have a decent PC and screen.
  19. Wow! That's really coming along nicely:) I can just imagine rows of 80s machines flashing away. I was just thinking, if this can randomise what MFME layout goes where, we could have multiple copies of our favorite games, and never know if what we are playing is due or not. That would add some extra spice.
  20. Does that mean something like MPU1 or even Summit Coin could be possible to emulate in the future?
  21. That should work fine without the trigger board on MFME so long as you put the opto sensor back on it. Use a 5v relay to connect the power to the motor (cut into = + or - to the hopper) trigger the relay via the Pacdrive from outputs 15 or 16, and then use another 5v relay to trigger "[" or "]" on the Ipac from the opto sensor which would then cut the power after the correct amount of coins are counted. Example Hopper 1 pin 16 on Pacdrive. [ = coin out sensor. Hopper 2 pin 15 on Pac Drive. ] = coin out sensor
  22. It mentions an internal brake. If you are powering the motor, and you are getting a judder, then it may be that. If your still having problems with it. Try posting on fruitemu.co.uk. I think someone from coin control recently joined there?
