It's one of those, that you scratch your head.  Very obvious an Electrocoin clone, even down to the sounds, and pay table.

But why did BWB venture down this path, when Electrocoin had clearly cornered the market, with the ubiquitous granny basher machine??

Was it an early collaboration I wonder??
