About This File

It's not the best, but it's something. Have possibly used lamps that aren't 100% correct, but all critical stuff works right. Bit miffed by the swap corner buttons and lamps as sometimes they light but nothing happens when pressing the button, not sure why or if thats a thing with the machine maybe.

Massive Thanks to;

@Ginge for loading in ROM's, fixing sounds and helping me find a few things.

@Wizard for MFME.

@thealteredemu for the extra ROM's.

@infection for images.

Not sure who did the classic, but a big thanks to them also.

Going to take a couple of weeks before next layout, catch up on playing the latest releases etc.🙂

mate, this has been on my wishlist since i can remember, i often ummed and ahhed due to the art we had and it never seemed to me, that it'd be dx'd to this standard, i am wildly impressed by the outcome you've released here. i would love to know what steps you took to get here? i can imagine many of the parts that make the whole but i'd like to know if you've done anything unique, unless you had new images to work with it's a really excellent dx from the art i knew of!

thanks loads for this, are you up for doing the £5 version?

dm me when you can as i'd like to have  chat mate

Response from the author:

You might want to re-download for the fixed lamps though.

Lol, mate, it was a ball ache, had to take the higher resolution £5 image, clone stamp to get rid of all the values on lower glass, same with cash stack, then cut from the £5 images to make up the correct values. For something so cut and shut I'm pretty happy with it really, Circus Big Top was kinda the same, but getting that one turned out the way it did I just had to attempt this one.

I really enjoyed the old versions we had, like you I was kinda hoping for this one. I kinda like doing the stuff where images aren't perfect, lol, gives me an excuse when it doesn't come out so great, less pressure if you know what I mean, when you start with an ultra high resolution image that's complete and just needs darkening and lamping, it's harder going in some ways because the end result never seems as good as expected at the beginning.

It's all down to you and others who have helped me with creating, you were the one that actually got me set off on that, lol, now I couldn't imagine not creating. Kinda lucky at the moment, got a few projects lined up. Going to maybe take a week or two breather though, lol, famous last words, a hot night and can't sleep and I'll likely be straight back at it.😂

Good to see you back doing as well.🙂

As for £5 version, nah, I don't really want to redo the cash stack etc, although to be fair the £5 images are the best images. That could be one for you, use the images from community drive, they are pretty good. But I'll leave that for someone else, lamping the same machine etc etc, I'd likely get bored and rush it, which is never good. Check out the images, under John Parker sig on his posts it's linked, be a good one for you as you really like the machine, always feels good when there's a link or memory to a specific machine, think that's why Circus Big Top is likely my favourite release, even if it is not technically my best work art wise.
