keep getting error codes 1.1 and 18 when trying to add credit. 1.1 is with £ and 18 with 50p inserts.

any idea how to resolve?

To quote user Ginge "Thanks for this one Had a slight issue with coin mech alarming, adding coin mech effects solves this issue if anyone else has had same issue." 

If you're not sure how to add them, go into design, edit mode and right click on where you insert coins and choose properties. You see options for adding effects.

I'd forgotten all about this game, but it's amazing how familiar it looks after all this time.  I reckon I only even played it a handful of times, yet I can remember it in an arcade in central London, possibly somewhere around the mid to late 90s?
