Button Keys:
0 - Insert £1
` - Cancel/Collect + Collect Cash Pot
1 2 3 - Hold, Hold HI, Hold LO
S - Shuffle
E - Exchange
T - Transfer*, Throw Dart
Space - Start
C - Collect Cash
F - Collect Feature
