Just being having a look at this and at the start there was a issue with the mini only playing the 64 games on the system but there's being a software update and now you can play games via usb stick, only that joystick doesn't look up to much.

also a review by Metal Jesus Rocks on the U.S. one, but should be pretty much the same over here.

No doubt Reg has one knocking about?

Also a link to there facebook page.

Joysticks are crap, the securing screw in the shaft is far too short and any heavy handedness on playing with the stick will cause it snap off in your hands

Ya shame really that you have to use that stock joystick, maybe over time there will be other joysticks or even pads we can use.

That’s the thing with all these retro mini reboots.  It’s all about getting the product out quickly to cash in on the very popular ‘retro’ scene, the products get little thought unfortunately.  Just an android device running an emulator.   This isn’t a terrible unit with the latest fix but the joystick is pretty crap and feels cheap.

Look at the PS1 mini just rushed out for Christmas jumping on the mini console bandwagon and it’s been hacked already

if by hacked you mean plug in keyboard, press escape and you get the open source emulator menu then that's a hack even I could have found :)
