Those alphabets were the fu*&ing dogs Bol*&ks they were softer back in the day and dissolved in your mouth the ones nowadays are like concrete needed major reconstruction work after throwing a handful in my mouth and biting down lol only to find they are very hard lmao

wooden forks and chips in paper do not go you end up with a hand full of blood spots where you dig into your  chips

Some great photos/memories in this thread.  I remember most of them. :) 

Here are a few more.  These I remember from the eighties.  A lot of these were American, until they cracked-down on a lot of the US-based stuff because of the saturation of US culture at the time.  Been trying to look for a picture of another chewing gum from the eighties called Bubble King.  Can't find anything on them though.

Probably not, mate.  Penknives were really popular in the eighties for some reason.  And those Rambo knives with the compass on the top of them. :)

Found a couple more.  Most of these photos came from Pintinterest, by the way.  Loads of great pictures on there from the eighties.
