I'm not sure you can "force" this version of Pharoahs, however the majority of times I've managed to win the £250 on this in the emulator (and twice in real life) is by taking red fruit stop when a jackpot symbol is on the winline or in view. Fruit stop when red allows you to choose the reel which the jackpot symbol is on, and quite often it will hit it when ready.

Watched that last vid of yours Chops, god what has happened to AWP's I haven't really played them since the £25/£35 era. No wonder I never see people playing the fruits the odd time I manage to get to the pub these days. The entertainment factor has completely gone.
