  4. Just gave it a quick go and yes it's a case of "reversing the reels" all 3 play reels plus the number reel.... Like Logopolis said,in mfme v20.1 go to design mode, click edit (top bar goes red) then right click on each reel and select properties... in the properties box click the top right "reversed" box... click apply apply box (bottom right)... once all have been changed (band 1,2,3 And 4 need to be changed) exit out of dialogue box and then click back on design tab and untick edit to return to normal mode.... enjoy game

    Mario Kart / Wii

Nintendo Wii are so cheap now (just picked up a red one with 2 wii motes and and 3 nun chucks for £15) and so easy to soft mod would defo recommend people getting hold of a real one... as for retro Mario kart it's a toss up between the wii version (using classic controller) and n64 not a bad effort for using a wheel (or wii mote for that matter) much better than i do with one ... i only use the classic controller myself nice video, hope to see more pc based emulation with dolphin, I also highly recommend Redream dreamcast emulator (I paid the £5 for the pro version)
  6. So stuck £5 in each... 40p down on the 2p version, 80p up on the 5p. Thank you for all your hard work once again Vecs

  11. I believe the designer of that version of chip was a guy called Robin Palmer. From an interview he did " At that time my company, Chromatronics was based in Harlow Essex. However all our sales went through CEL Electronics Ltd; also my company. In 1981, the business moved to saffron Walden Essex, about 30 km south of Cambridge".... If anyone is interested this is the link to that interview: http://www.eyetrap.net/Chromascope_Video_Synthesizer.html

  18. Off the top of my head I believe you can by using the "J" key to pull up the mame options menu, and using the q and a keys to move up and down the menu and "B" as the selection button, go to the "inputs for this game setting" , press "b" then highlight the buttons you wish to configure , press "b" to configure each button, and press the new key for each button you wish to configure when it asks , once done press "j" to exit back to the game... not sure if it saves the information or if you have to do it each time though.
  19. Have you tried a different psu? if it's a new phenomenon it sounds like a motherboard / graphics card / or psu problem... I know when I had that problem on my old tower I was recommended to get a modular psu... no idea what that was so got a new laptop instead...
